When will I receive my order?
Delivery dates for the materials are confirmed by email to the registered email address once the order has been dispatched by Gillards.

When you are ordering your materials, you must also input a ‘course start date’ which will be taken into account when dispatching orders. If you are not attending a tuition course, please provide your intended start-date for study. Delivery timescales are a minimum of 2 working days for UK addresses, and vary for international destinations.

The learning materials produced for the ACA and ICAEW CFAB qualifications are competitively and reasonably priced. As such there are no discounts for bulk orders.

Discounts for current ACA students, members and/or bulk orders are available on the Financial Reporting and ISAs programmes. Please look at the individual products for details of discounts

If you wish to place an order, you will need to ensure that your basket is empty by selecting the items and deleting them from your basket. If further issue persist, contact
Can individuals be set up with a credit account?
ICAEW require payment in full before an order can be dispatched. As per the Terms and Conditions on the Gillards website, you are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days from delivery. A refund for the products of the order will be given upon the return of all respective products in an unopened and good condition.
Why can there not be two email contacts for one account?
At present, the website does not allow more than one email contact.
Can the delivery address include the Company Name?
The website does not currently do this automatically. However, you can amend the delivery address to show the company name in the field Name, with a contact name in the Surname field.

Can previous editions of the learning materials be used for the current syllabus?
The ICAEW learning materials are produced using the same rates, tables, standards and legislation etc. as are used to write the examination within the respective year i.e. the learning materials for exams in 2014 will not be based on the same information used to write the 2015 examinations. We can therefore only recommend that the correct editions of the learning materials are used to adequately prepare for your examinations.

The exam year that the materials relate to is clearly stated on the product pages of the Gillards website.
Can the learning material packs be split to purchase individual components e.g. just the question bank?
The ICAEW learning material packs are created and sold as they are to ensure students possess all of the necessary materials to adequately prepare for the ICAEW examinations. The learning materials are examiner reviewed to ensure this is the case. The packs are competitively priced as one product and cover the cost of the authoring, production and publishing of all components within them.
Which year of learning materials should I purchase?
When considering which edition of the learning materials to purchase, you should consider when you will be taking your exams. If you will be sitting your exams in 2015, you should purchase the edition relevant to those exams.
